This policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work for vibemtg subscriptions, operated by Softpixel Solutions Private Limited.
1. Subscriptions & billing
vibemtg is a monthly subscription billed in advance through Razorpay. Each payment covers one month of access to your chosen plan (Student ₹999, Founders Lab ₹2,999, or Company ₹9,999 per month). Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account’s Billing page, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops all future renewals. You keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
3. Refunds
- Because access is provided immediately and continuously, monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable for partial or unused periods after a billing cycle has started.
- Duplicate or erroneous charges: if you were charged more than once for the same period, or believe you were billed in error, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and refund any verified incorrect charge.
- Service failure: if a paid feature was materially unavailable for an extended period due to a fault on our side, contact us and we will make it right — through a credit or a pro-rata refund at our discretion.
- Nothing in this policy limits any refund you are entitled to under applicable law.
4. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days of approval. The time for the amount to reflect depends on your bank or card issuer.
