1. The Service

vibemtg is an AI-powered workspace that helps individuals and teams plan and build software, documents, and workflows through a conversational interface. The Service is delivered entirely online as a subscription; there is no physical product.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or guardian) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Subscriptions, billing & renewal

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment partner, Razorpay. Current plans are Student (₹999/month), Founders Lab (₹2,999/month), and Company (₹9,999/month), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You authorise us and Razorpay to charge your chosen payment method on each renewal date.

Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break any law or infringe the rights of others;
• build or distribute malware, spam, or content that is unlawful, harmful, or deceptive;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service; or
• resell or misrepresent the Service as your own.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Your content & intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content and projects you create with the Service. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service. The Service software, branding, and underlying technology remain our property.

6. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (including Razorpay for payments and cloud/AI infrastructure) to function. Your use of those integrations is also subject to their terms.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. AI output may contain errors and should be reviewed before you rely on it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Thane, Maharashtrashall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
